At RAKALIA we support local producers; we know the physical-chemical characteristics of the soils, their fertility, their use for cultivation. We only use methods that respect the native characteristics of the product, taking into account, for example,

their type of cultivation and favouring conservative methods which maintain soil fertility and reduce energy consumption for an increasingly sustainable production. RAKALIA is a place where the purity of food is celebrated by concrete actions.
